Confidence Coaching Options

One-to-one Coaching
One-to-one coaching takes place over the phone with most sessions lasting an hour and it is tailored specifically to your needs. You call my UK local rate number: +44 (0)845 6442301 or we can use a US bridge line if that is more convenient. All clients experience a FREE Introduction to Coaching session before we commence coaching, whichever option they take. There are a limited amount held each month. If you have not already booked this, you might like to book yours now .

Investment
Coaching takes place over the telephone once a week for an hour. I ask clients to comit to a minimum of three months coaching as it usually takes three to six months to go through the Synchronicity4U System, depending on how fast you progress.

	A month's coaching (4 sessions) is £250 per month.
	If you commit to three months coaching (payable in advance) it is £675, i.e. just £225 per month.
	If you commit to six months coaching (payable in advance) it is £1,200, i.e. only £200 per month.

As you can see, three months coaching - that is likely to improve the quality of the rest of your life - is only what most people spend on a holiday. How long does your holiday feeling last?

CoachingGym4U is a new powerful one-year life coaching programme with four modules covering all aspects of your life.
