forum that you'll learn lots from about being in business as a coach.

Blogs
A blog is a 'web log' or a kind of online journal. This can be a
replacement for, or addition to your website. Mine is called Inside
Your Head... and is hosted free by www.blogger.com.
I update it every few days (or a week at a time using the 'change
date and time function' if I've been out and about too much.)

On the other hand if you do want your own website that generates
traffic, yet don't want to fork out a load of money, check this
out. More than a website, this is a complete system that holds you
by the hand through the process of creating and building your website
from the right domain name to accepting payments.
It
does everything from hosting to keyword research to search engine
submissions to analysing your web page to let you know how successful
it is likely to be. Remember, even the best web designer might not
know how to get you traffic and without traffic... (I've used this
to create my CoachingGym4U
site.)

Getting Spam...
I don't know about you but I've become inundated with spam recently,
so when I had an email returned to me for verification (that it
wasn't spam) I was interested. I do have Norton Anti-Virus but you
still have to filter email indicated as spam and keep checking it
to ensure that you're not missing real emails. Plus spam ones still
got through...
I've
now signed up with Spam

Manage
your email newsletter
I use an autoresponder to manage my email newsletter contacts and
send it out. I also use it to issue my e-courses. Using an auotresponder
means that people can subscribe themselves automatically to a list
and receive the information you specify. This can be immediately,
or over a period of time, e.g. 10 Steps to a Wealth of Confidence
goes out over 30 days with varying times between emails depending
on how much the subscriber needs to do. This particular autoresponder
also has the facility to send audio emails to dramatically increase
response rates.
I
tried a few free autoresponders first but found that they didn't
do what I wanted, before I settled on this one. For more information

use assessments to add value to my teleclasses, such as Help! I'm a Self Help Junkie... and I'm now moving my coaching forms into

I get a copy of all assessments completed, which allows me to follow
