There is a 100% satisfaction guarantee for all Synchronicity4U
coaching products and services. Please contact me straight away
if you are disatisfied and I will do my best to ensure that your
issue is rectified.
Building a Wealth of Confidence CD
If you purchase this CD, listen to it and simply don’t enjoy
it you may return it to receive a full refund of what you paid for
the CD, or CDs (p&p is not refunded).
If you find you disagree with some of the sentiments stated in the
CD, do please bear in mind that your ego may be kicking in and that
perhaps listening to it a few times will give you greater benefit.
Coaching
The services to be provided by the coach to the client are coaching
and tele-coaching, as designed jointly with the client, which may
include the use of the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). The client
accepts all responsibility for their physical, mental and emotional
wellbeing.
Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counselling, may address
specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions
in the client’s life or profession. Other coaching services
include value clarification, brainstorming, identifying plans of
action, examining modes of operating in life, asking clarifying
questions, and making empowering requests.
Throughout the working relationship the coach will engage in direct
and person conversations. The client can count on the coach to be
honest and straightforward in asking questions and making requests.
The client understands that the power of the coaching relationship
can only be granted by the client - and the client agrees to do
just that: have the coaching relationship be powerful. If the client
believes the coaching is not working as desired, the client will
communicate and take action to return the power to the coaching
relationship.
Confidentiality
Synchronicity4U promises the Client that all information provided
will be kept strictly confidential . As a full member and Certified
Coach with the UK College of Life Coaching [link to www.ukclc.net]
Una Doyle subscribes to its Code of Conduct [link to Code –
see attached].
For coaching and marketing purposes only, Una would like permission
to talk about the work she has done with the Client. This can be
very helpful for people with similar issues or simply to help people
understand how coaching works. She will only talk around the subject
matter and will not go into specific details. Una promises to maintain
the integrity and confidentiality of information provided at all
times. If you are happy with this arrangement please sign the appropriate
place on your Coaching Agreement to confirm.
One to One Coaching
If you can honestly tell us that you have attended coaching calls,
taken the recommended action steps and you have not changed your
confidence and/or your circumstances (or how you feel about them)
for the better, we will refund your money 100%.
Each month’s coaching consists of four, one hour sessions
by telephone each month (with email and telephone support.) The
initial minimum period of three months or 12 hours of coaching is
to be taken within a maximum of five months of start date.
Upon completion of the third month, coaching will convert to a month-to-month
basis at the current fee at that time should the client wish to
continue (unless the client wishes to take advantage of discount
for paying for another three months at one time). The client and
coach agree to provide one another with a fourteen-day notice in
the event it is desired to cancel further services. It should be
noted that an average of four weeks per month is used in calculating
the monthly fee.
Please note that less than 48 hours notice of a change or cancellation
of appointment will incur full charge. If the coach changes an appointment
within 48 hours you will be entitled to a free additional coaching
session.
CoachingGym4U Programme
The 100% guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
If you attend a minimum of 12 coaching calls in the year, completed
the exercises (please email them to una@synchronicity4u.com with
your written notification), taken some part in the discussion forum
and you can honestly say that you haven’t increased your confidence,
then we will refund your money 100%.
However, we know that your success depends on you taking action
and sometimes, due to adverse circumstances, you may not be in a
position to do so. If you find this to be the case, you may cancel
your one year membership of The CoachingGym4U programme at any time
by giving one months notice by email or in writing. Your membership
will terminate one calender month after you notify us.
If you simply give up and do not turn up to calls, your membership
remains in effect (and the full one year membership fee payable)
until you notify us in writing that you do not wish to continue.
There will be no refunds for previous unused months of The CoachingGym4U
programme.
You understand that any fees quoted are for the entire programme
and that any monthly payment arrangements do not change the fact
that, by signing up for the programme, you are agreeing to pay the
programme fee in its entirety. If you miss any monthly payment the
arrangement is immediately cancelled and the fee immediately becomes
payable in full.
We reserve the right to change any of the elements of the membership
of the CoachingGym4U programme as long as we undertake to replace
that element with something of equal or even better value.
By undertaking any Coaching Services or Products
provided by Synchronicity4U, the participant hereby agrees and understands
that Synchronicity4U accepts no responsibility for the emotional
or physical wellbeing of the participant and makes no undertaking
to provide specific psychological or medical advice.
Synchronicity4U is not acting on the participants behalf and is
not responsible for the wellbeing or success of the participant.
Synchronicity4U reserves the right to amend the wording of these
terms and conditions at any time, so long as the spirit of the guarantees
remain unchanged.
In the event of a dispute regarding the above, then all costs and
expenses including reasonable legal fees incurred by the prevailing
party therein shall be paid by the other party. The obligation on
the part of the other party shall be deemed to have accrued on the
date of the commencement of such action and shall be enforceable
whether or not the action is prosecuted to judgement.
The laws of the United Kingdom shall govern the validity, performance
and enforcement of this agreement. Should either party institute
legal suit or action for enforcement of any obligation contained
herein it is agreed that the venue of such suit or action shall
be in the United Kingdom and subscriber expressly consents to Synchronicity4U
designating the venue of any such suit or action.
The provisions herein shall inure to the benefit of the parties
herein and any heirs, successors or assigns and shall survive the
termination or cancellation of this agreement.
